We are passionate about our class and eager to share with you the deep, rich traditions which focus on healing from the “inside-out,” benefiting the WHOLE person, mind, body & soul.

Immerse yourself in a community devoted to health, personal growth, and laughter for each individual who walks through our doors.

Bring a mat, yourself and comfortable attire.

Therapeutic Flow

Move with your breath; flow with dept and intention.  In this, our signature class, we borrow from the many traditions that have inspired us –Kimberly Hardick, Yin Yoga, Vedic Yoga Thai Therapy, Bhakti, Meditation, Iyengar, and more – to bring you a healing, multidimensional class.  Our focus changes from class to class as we deeply explore the body and spirit, peeling back the layers to reveal our truest self.

The evening sessions of Yoga at the Gardens are from 5:30 until 6:30 p.m. Registration is encouraged but not required and drop-ins are welcomed. Please arrive 5 minutes early.
